Stalls are positioned around main hall perimeter, through the centre of the main hall, foyer and previous tea room space.

- 6ft table top space only (no additional floor space)
- Indoors
- No power supply
Tables:
If you have already booked a loan table from me on Saturday, you may also use it on Sunday and leave your stall in place overnight. All other bookings will require traders to bring their own tables.
Leaving stalls overnight:
Traders attending on both days may leave their stalls in place overnight in readiness for Sunday trading. We recommend that you do not leave any valuable or breakable items overnight. If you prefer, you can pack up all stock and take it home for safe keeping - there will be time to do this. Anything left in the hall overnight is at the trader's risk and is not the responsibility of the organiser or the venue owner. Doors and windows will be locked before we leave and the alarm will be set but this cannot guarantee the safety of your belongings.
Chairs:
One chair per stall will be provided.
Public Liability Insurance:
All traders must have public liability insurance without exception. Please send a copy of your policy certificate via email to hello@froggygoestomarket.com at least 1 week prior to the event you are attending. Please notify us via email if there is an issue. You will be ineligible to trade without insurance.
Certification & Product Safety:
If you sell items for children or goods with "play value" you must comply with the applicable safety regulations and have the correct insurance policies and data/safety documentation.
If you sell candles and wax melts or cosmetics and bodycare products you must be registered with the correct authorities, have the full and correct insurance policies and comply with all applicable labelling, testing, safety policies and have the appropriate documentation.
Booking for Zenote Handmade
Please only book a space if you are fully commited to attending the event as we do not offer refunds for stall bookings.
In the very unlikley event that the organiser cancels the market, a full refund will be provided to affected stall holders.
