Tables & Gazebo Not Included:
Outdoor traders will need to supply their own professional gazebo and any fixings/weights to secure it. Your gazebo must be safe and secure and will be checked by the event organiser. You will also need to bring your own tables.
The space is hard standing with some additional grassed areas nearby that may be used for displaying garden items if you wish.
 Outdoor traders must be ready and able to trade in all weather unless it is deemed to be unsafe in which case a refund or transfer will be offered.
 
Public Liability Insurance:
All traders must have public liability insurance without exception. Please send a copy of your policy certificate via email to hello@froggygoestomarket.com at least 1 week prior to the event you are attending. Please notify us via email if there is an issue. You will be ineligible to trade without insurance.
 
Certification & Product Safety:
If you sell items for children or goods with "play value"  you must comply with the applicable safety regulations and have the correct insurance policies and data/safety documentation.
If you sell candles and wax melts or cosmetics and bodycare products you must be registered with the correct authorities, have the full and correct insurance policies and comply with all applicable labelling, testing, safety policies and have the appropriate documentation.
